GETTING MY şIşIşIş TO WORK

If it is upside down on the lower aspect in the dial like many of the clock instead of standard (IV/IIII,V, VI and many others) engraved in the dial. Will any one enlighten me over it? I procured a clock where by I find the orientation isn't the other way up while in the dial and if that isn't the right oriention I will return it.PCA can be accusto
